Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping takes between 5-7 business days.

Q: After I make my purchase, how long does it take to ship out my item?
A: We ship out all items 1-2 business days from the time you make your payment.

Q: Can I get a tracking number for my order?
A: Yes, tracking information can be requested 2 business days after your order ships out by email at info@hotscooterdeals.com

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping fees for each item varies and can be found at the bottom of the page of each specific item.

Q: Can I place my order over the phone?
A: Yes, we are available from 9am-6pm, 7 days a week at 213-272-0748.

Q: What forms of payment can be used?
A: We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. We also can accept Paypal or Bank Wire.

Q: Will I need to assemble this?
A: Yes, all of our items require some degree of assembly.

Q: Do I need to have mechanical knowledge?
A: Yes, unless you have a mechanic or a shop nearby you that can handle maintanence of your item, you will need to have some mechanical knowledge for simple maintanence or if you ever need to conduct repairs

Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: Our warranty covers replacement of defective parts but does not cover wear and tear items or labor fees.

Q: Where can I get technical support or if I just have a few basic questions?
A: We offer FREE lifetime technical support Monday through Friday from 9am-4:30pm, Pacific time and for basic questions, we can be reached 7 days a week at 213-272-0748 from 9am-6pm Pacific time.

Q: What do I do if I have a broken part that needs replacing?
A: Just email us at info@hotscooterdeals.com the name of your item along with a description of the problem and the part you need and include your address and phone number. Someone from our Customer Service department will contact you within 48 hours.

Q: What are the terms of the warranty?
A: The terms of our warranty can be found at the bottom of the page that your item is on.

Q: Will I need to send a defective part back before receiving my replacement part?
A: Sometimes, yes. Other times, we may simply just request a photo of the part for clarification purposes.

Q: Do you give discounts if more than one item is purchased?
A: Yes, if you plan on purchasing more than one item and it's going to be delivered to the same address, just call us to place your order and we'll determine a discount for you.
